KYMIRA is seeking an experienced sales person to join its fast growing, dynamic team. You will be required to take responsibility for Kymira’s existing retail base and to drive its growth, whilst actively pursuing new routes to market in the United Kingdom.
The role would suit a proactive sales person who is happy generating their own leads and following them through to the close.
Within the role, you will have the opportunity to work across each area of the business, namely sports and medical in the short term, and emerging technologies in the longer term. At KYMIRA you will not only get the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, but to potentially grow within the company into a leadership role.
KYMIRA’s products are technical in nature, so while pre-existing understanding of our technologies is not required, a demonstrable ability to learn the key benefits, and communicate them will be important. We are looking for an individual with 2 – 3 years sales experience in the sports, medical or a related industry. Promotion opportunities based on performance could be available within 12 – 24 months.
The role will be based from KYMIRA’s Reading HQ, with a requirement to travel and visit customers two to three days a week.
It is important to KYMIRA’s leadership that all team members benefit from the work they do for the company, and as such share options would be made available after your first year.

- Salary: £25,000 (ote of £30,000)
- Mileage allowance: 45p per mile
- Share Options: Available from 12 month anniversary
