We are delighted to announce England rugby international Jonny May has joined the team as a brand ambassador.

Jonny, 32, is one of the most recognisable players in English rugby. Since making his debut in 2013 he has won 72 caps for the national team, scoring 35 tries in the process, placing him second on the all-time England men's try scoring list.

During his 12-year professional career he has won the Six Nations title with England three times, including one Grand Slam, and was an integral part of the team that reached the 2019 Rugby World Cup final.

He has played for two of the most iconic clubs in world rugby, Gloucester Rugby and Leicester Tigers, scoring an incredible 101 tries in more than 200 club appearances.

Jonny will use our products as part of his training and recovery as he aims to steer Gloucester Rugby to domestic and European success this season and to be a part of the England squad for the 2023 Six Nations and 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Jonny May commented: "I'm delighted to join the team at Kymira as an ambassador. I've been using their products for a while now and they've become an integral part of my training and recovery routine.

"I'm always looking for new ways to gain those small percentages which make such a difference in elite sport and I place a high premium on implementing techniques which can help me stay fit and firing on the rugby pitch.

"Kymira products aim to do just that and I hope they can help power me towards club and international success in this massive year ahead for me."

Kymira founder Timothy Brownstone added: "Jonny's record in club and international rugby speaks for itself and we're delighted one of the most decorated players in the history of English rugby has joined our team as an ambassador.

"Few athletes look after themselves better than Jonny and the value he places on training and recovery chime perfectly with what we're doing at Kymira, for both elite athletes like Jonny and the everyday sportsperson or fitness enthusiast.

"We're looking forward to supporting Jonny in his goals for the rest of the 2022/23 season and beyond."
